All transactions on rivalry are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by rivalry and must come from accounts or instruments registered in your own name. rivalry reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending identity verification or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. rivalry is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform, subject to verification requirements being met.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers available on rivalry are subject to individual terms that will be clearly stated at the time each promotion is offered. General wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. rivalry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may lead to account suspension. The rivalry brand name and logo may not be used in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit authorisation. Unauthorised use of rivalry's intellectual property may result in legal action.
rivalry provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rivalry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. rivalry's total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rivalry's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
